Role:

You will be part of our Customer Insights Department and working closely with Project Management, Campaign Development / Management and several other Marketing Automation specialists. We also have a growth part into Data Analyst / Architect at a later stage in your career.

Requirements:

  • Degree level HBO (Bachelor’s degree) or higher
  • Knowledge of (online) marketing NIMA A- level (or equivalent) and knowledge of Database Marketing at NIMA DMA level or equivalent
  • Experience with database selection and analytics tools, knowledge of SQL is required
  • Independent and methodical way of working
  • Enterprising, innovative and pro-active attitude combined with an excellent sense of responsibility and analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written skills in English are essential

Role:
Technical producer is an operational position within our Campaign Development / Campaign Management department. The Technical producer is an expert who is able to use all technical solutions within email and multi-channel marketing.

The Technical Producer operates in the following fields:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JQuery
  • Javascript

  • microsites (landing pages)

As Technical Producer, you will be working in teams that are put together especially for each specific project. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently developing data-driven dynamic email campaigns from creative applications such as Photoshop
  • Following and adapting HTML coding guidelines so content is compatible with a broad range of email clients (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc.)
  • Implementing and executing multi-channel campaigns in our state-of-the-art campaign management tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Developing business rules and selection criteria together with our Customer Insight department. Also working in a supporting role with automation processes and ensuring data quality together with the Technical Architect
  • Providing strategic email support to our clients

Requirements:

  • Degree level MBO/HBO or equivalent, ideally supplemented with marketing specific training and certificates
  • Highly motivated professional with at least 2 years’ experience in email marketing or website development, data- or event driven marketing and campaign management
  • Experience in manual coding of mobile compatible HTML layouts, using CSS styling and testing with Litmus / Email on acid
  • Experience with working on layered PSD documents, slices and generating web images in Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with or knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
  • Capable of working both project-based and independently, in an organised fashion, on multiple project at once
