Collection and storage of personal data
When you share your email address or other personal data with CloseContact, we will only process these data for the specific purpose it was provided for. For instance: to answer a question about our services, to fulfill a contract or to send you our newsletter.
We will only store your data as long as necessary for the specific purpose you provided it for, or as long as we are required by law. When you apply for a job with CloseContact, we will delete your personal data and cv 4 weeks after the application process has ended, unless you give us permission to keep them on file for longer.
CloseContact will not supply personal data in any form to third parties without your prior written authorization, unless we are required to do so by law.
CloseContact stores all personal data in a secure environment with a service provider. We take all possible measures to protect these data from loss, misuse and unwanted changes. CloseContact ensures the security measures it takes at up to date at all times.
Processing personal data
CloseContact processes your data for contact management, the execution of contracts, acquiring new business and recruitment. Your data are stored and processed with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Pardot. These are both cloud applications and it is possible your data will be stored or processed outside the EU. Salesforce is certified according to the EU-US privacy shield and fully compliant with the GDPR.
You have the right to inspect your personal data, correct any mistakes and to ask for your personal data to be deleted from our database. To do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we may need you to give us proof of identity. If you want us to delete your personal data, you can also use the unsubscribe link in the emails we send you.
Cookies and analytics
CloseContact uses Google analytics to analyse visits to this website. The data are anonymous and are only related to country, language, browser type and search terms used on the site. Google places cookies on your computer for this purpose. This website also has trackers from IGoDigital for personalisation and Hotjar to visualise clicking behaviour.
