OBJECTIVE:
Implementation and management of 1-to-1 communication, based on customer behaviour, for over 50 countries, in over 15 languages. Structuring the data sources within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Communication with the KLM customer aims to bring extra service before, during and after the flight.
This targeted communication also offers possibilities for upselling and cross-selling.

CLIENT:
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was founded in 1919 to serve the Netherlands and its overseas territories. It is the oldest airline in the world still operating under its original name. KLM group consists of KLM, KLM Cityhopper, Transavia and Martinair. Since the 2004 merger with Air France, KLM is part of the AIR FRANCE KLM Group.

PROJECTS:
